Full screen and screen rotation

On phones and tablets

• Tap the video once to show controls, then select the full screen icon
• If rotation is not working, check your device rotation lock
• If the video appears smaller with black borders when mirroring to a TV, this can be caused by device aspect ratio differences

If the video stays small after pausing

• Exit the player, reopen the episode, and try full screen again
• Restart the app if the player gets stuck

Skip forward or rewind 10 to 15 seconds

If you don’t see skip buttons:

• Check your app store to ensure you have the latest version of the app
• Scrub using the progress bar
• For more precision, pause first and scrub slowly

Can’t exit the player after an episode ends

If you cannot return to Home:

• Tap once to show controls, then look for a back arrow or close button
• If buttons are unresponsive, force close the app and reopen
