If a word, phrase, or expression in a subtitle, dub, or translated text didn't sound quite right to you, we want you to know we hear you, and we take that feedback seriously.

Translation is rarely a word-for-word process. The same language is often spoken differently depending on region, culture, and even religious background. For example, in Spanish-speaking Latin America, a single word for something as simple as "to pray" can vary by country and by tradition. Catholic and Evangelical communities may use different words for the same idea, even within the same country. What sounds natural to one viewer may sound unfamiliar to another, even though both are accurate.

Because of this, our episodic content goes through an extensive review process before it's published. Professional translators, subject matter experts, and, for content with religious or theological themes, theological reviewers all weigh in before a translation is finalized. That process can take months for a single season. Once a translation has gone through this process and is live, it reflects a deliberate, informed choice, not an oversight.

That said, not everything is a matter of style. If you've noticed something that seems like an outright error, like subtitles appearing in the wrong language, missing translations, or a word that seems clearly incorrect rather than a stylistic choice, please let us know.

We read every submission we receive. If it's a stylistic or dialect preference on already-published content, we may not be able to change it, but your feedback still matters and helps us understand our audience better. If it's a genuine error, we'll look into it.
