I can’t download a video.Updated 17 days ago

Here are few reasons why you might not be able to download a video:

• The download feature isn’t available for your device. You can only download episodes from The Chosen on supported Apple and Android devices:
  • Apple iPhone / iPad - running iOS 14.5 or later
  • Android / Google Play Store - running Android 8.0 or later
• The video isn’t available to download.
  Note: Bible Roundtables, Aftershows, and Bonus Content aren’t available to download.
• You need to turn on download storage for the app. 
• You don’t have enough storage on your device. 

If you still have trouble downloading an episode try the following:

• Updating the software in the app.
• Updating the software on your device.
• Deleting the app, then downloading it again.
