If you’re having trouble using a social login to access your account, here are common fixes:
1. Make Sure the App Is Up to Date
- Go to your app store and search for The Chosen.
- If you see an Update button, tap it.
2. Use the Same Login Method You Originally Used
- For example, if you signed up with Google, logging in with Apple will not work — it will try to create a new account.
3. Restart the App or Your Device
- On mobile: close and reopen the app.
- On TV: restart your device.
4. Allow Pop-Ups or Redirects
- When logging in via a browser (TV login), ensure that pop-ups and redirects are not blocked.
5. Check Internet Connection
- A weak signal can interrupt the authentication process.
