Use a One-Time Password (OTP) to Log In or Sign UpUpdated 2 months ago
What is a one-time password (OTP)?
A one-time password, or OTP, is a secure login method that lets you sign in using a temporary code sent to your email. Instead of creating or remembering a password, you simply enter the code to access your account.
Why we use OTP
OTP helps keep your account secure and makes signing in faster and easier, especially on TVs and shared devices. It also reduces login issues caused by forgotten passwords.
How to log in or sign up using OTP
- Open The Chosen app on your device
- Select Log In or Sign Up
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a one-time code
- Return to the app and enter the code to continue
That’s it. Once you've successfully entered the code you've received via email, you’ll be logged in or your account will be created automatically.
I didn’t receive my code. What should I do?
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Wait a minute and request a new code if needed
If you still don’t receive the email, please visit our Help Center article on missing emails or contact support.
