Restarting the app can resolve playback issues, navigation bugs, or login errors on Roku devices.

To restart The Chosen app on Roku:

Option 1: Force Restart the Roku Device (Recommended for best results)

  • Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  • Navigate to Settings > System > Power (or System Restart).
  • Select System Restart.
  • The device will power cycle. After restarting, navigate back to The Chosen channel and reopen it.

Option 2: Manually Restart the App

  • On the Home screen, locate The Chosen in your list of channels.
  • Press the * (star) button on your Roku remote.
  • Select Close, if available, or Remove Channel to reinstall (optional).
  • Navigate back to The Chosen and relaunch the app.

✅ Restarting clears memory, reloads app content, and may fix streaming or login issues.
